The BEST shoe store in Southeast Idaho! Owner Ki is very educated on shoes. He loves to help people. No pressure or push sale at all. I got some shoes from him. The price is very fair in my opinion. I hope more people should know that there is a hidden gem shoe store in Rexburg, Idaho!

I am the type of person who take 2 hours to pick shoes, the boss didn't rush me. It was a great experience, and I think the price of the shoes are great, cheaper than getting it from Amazon. The boss is willing tell me description of all the shoes I was interested without looking at note paper, I think that was pretty impressive.

This is the best shoe store I've ever been to. Name brand shoes are sold here a lot cheaper than getting them in other stores or online. If Ki doesn't have the size or color you want, he will search to find what you're looking for. The best thing is that he's very knowledgeable about brands..the quality, durability, and special features that make them more or less ideal than another shoe. He listens to what your needs are and strives to find the perfect match. For example, I haven't been able to wear sandals in 35 years because I wear orthotics and orthotics slip out of sandals. Ki showed me a brand of sandal that has great arch support and in a few weeks molds to the shape of your foot, making the sandal very comfortable. I was a little skeptical because of the foot problems I have. I bought a pair and absolutely love them. They are very comfortable. I also have a pair of cheap tennis shoes but I wore all year teaching school last year. Halfway through the year my feet hurt a lot. I met a lady on the plane this summer who had a real nice pair of tennis shoes that looked like they would have the support my feet needed. She let me take a picture of them and I showed them to Ki. He told me that yes, those are popular shoe, but being familiar with my feet problems, he steered me away toward a less expensive but higher quality shoe for my needs. He is very honest, and does all he can to help his customers get the best quality for their money and for their needs.

good shoe options got some Nikes they fit the first time but now they dont fit :( and i got some high quality sandals they have lasted 2 years so far edit: 4 stars unfourtnately they moved to a smaller location without much stock :(

I ALWAYS go here before I look anywhere else for shoes. Ki has great costumer service skills and is genuinely a nice guy. Also he is dedicated in helping you find the right shoe, not just the one he has in stock, but the right shoe.
